This is a leased property requiring a signed lease with a minimum 30 days lease term. Property requires a security deposit as per the lease terms. Water, trash, sewer and internet are included in monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for gas/electric. Well behaved and non destructive pets are accepted for an additional fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
