The owners of this brand new, stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house crafted every detail of this custom built home to perfection! You will absolutely love the serene views of the grounds and lake, the gorgeous decor and lighting, the massive walkout basement complete with game room, pool table, poker table, gym, and bourbon bar, and the sprawling outdoor entertainment area with fire pit, hot tub, dining and fountain.

The primary suite is to die for with a Uber-comfortable king size bed and bathroom with rain shower, soak tub, large vanity, and ToTo Bidet Toilet (if you know... you know!). Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with three twin beds, and a jack and Jill full bathroom between (each with their own private water closets). The basement and the outdoor living area compete for favorite hangout spot. The walkout basement is so spacious and has it all: pool table, poker table, foosball table, TV and large couch, wet bar, home gym, AND unique bourbon tasting room. The outdoor entertainment sprawls with multiple dining areas, a 7 person hot tub, fountain, patio and swing overlooking the gorgeous grounds and picturesque lake.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
