The Original Highlands is a historic neighborhood located in Louisville, Kentucky. Situated just east of downtown Louisville, this vibrant and eclectic community is known for its rich history, unique architecture, and a lively atmosphere.
Upon booking, you will receive a message with a link to a rental agreement that we send to all of our guests. Completion of this agreement is a requirement for us to confirm your reservation so please complete it once the message arrives. Thank you!
We screen all of our guests for criminal and theft behavior and your booking may be canceled if these reports show evidence of such behavior. Thank you for your understanding!
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
